Multi-factor authentication

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security by requiring users to provide additional verification factors beyond just a password.

• TOTP (Time-Based One-Time Password) Users generate a time-sensitive code from an authentication app like Google Authenticator.
• SMS/Email OTP: A verification code is sent to the registered phone number or email.
• Biometric Authentication: Supported devices can use fingerprint or facial recognition.

Admins can enforce MFA globally or selectively for high-risk accounts.
